How do I get to Ruby's Inn and Convention Center?

We are located off I-90 exit #101 (Reserve St. exit).  If you are coming from the West (Spokane/Idaho) on I-90, take exit #101, and turn right at the bottom of the off-ramp.  We are 1/4 mile south on the right-hand side.   If you are coming from the East (Butte) you will get off at the same exit (#101) and turn left at the bottom of the off-ramp.  Again, we are 1/4 mile south on the right-hand side.  If you are coming from Highway 93 North (Canada/Kalispell), when you arrive at the Wye (where Highway 93 and I-90 meet), cross the overpass and take the exit to Missoula (it exit's to the right), then follow as if you were coming from the West.  From Highway 93 South (Salmon/Hamilton/Lolo Pass) take Highway 93 until you get to Missoula.  Just as you enter the city, you will see Wal-mart on the right, and then Bitterroot Motors (Ford and Toyota dealer) on the left.  At the stoplight after Bitterroot Motors (that's Reserve St.) turn left.  Proceed North on Reserve St. for approximately 5 miles.  When you see Costco on the right, you're getting close.  From Costco, we are 1/4 mile North on the left hand side.

How old is Ruby's Inn and Convention Center?

Ruby's Inn and Convention Center opened their doors in 1980 as the Reserve Street Inn.  The name has changed since then, and we have grown, but you'll still receive the same excellent, small-town, customer service.  That's why we're Missoula's Friendliest Motel.

Does Ruby's Inn and Convention Center have a pool?

Yes, we have a seasonal, outdoor pool.  Starting in May, our pool is open from 8am to 10:30pm.  In addition to the pool, we have a year-round, outdoor hot tub and sauna.

Does Ruby's Inn and Convention Center have an airport shuttle?

We sure do!  There is someone available to drive 24-hours a day, so you don't have to worry about getting in late, or leaving early.  When you land, and before you get your luggage, use the black courtesy phone by the baggage claim doors (we're number 24) and call us.  Once you call, we dispatch our van.  We'll pick you up on the cement island (commercial vehicle lane) between the airport building and the short-term parking.

Does Ruby's Inn and Convention Center have a restaurant?

We have a restaurant for breakfast only.  There are five restaurants within walking distance from the motel.  If the shuttle van is available, we can drive you and your party to a local restaurant within the Missoula city limits.  Stop by or call the front desk for restaurant recommendations.
